you can change the comment section so everyone can post comments, not just blogger users. This is under settings, then comments.
Also, I believe that everyone has to subscribe to the blog feed individually. You can tweak how much is fed under your settings tab.
Everyone appreciates Utah much much more once they have left the state. In my case I appreciate it enough that i think I will keep it some distance from me for a while!
